Profile


 

Nora Kühnert has been working as a research assistant in the project Transnational Perspectives on Migration and Integration (TRANSMIT) and the research networking unit of the DeZIM research community since 2022. Between 2017-2022, she was a student assistant in the Directorate and the Department of Migration, Mental and Physical Health and Health Promotion at the Berlin Institute for Empirical Integration and Migration Research, among others.

She conducts both ethnographic and quantitative data analysis research. Her research interests include intercultural psychiatry and psychotherapy, and nationalism in popular culture.

She completed her undergraduate studies in European Ethnology, Gender Studies, and Philosophy at Georg-August-University in Göttingen (B.A.) and Humboldt-University in Berlin (M.A.) and followed up with a second degree in Psychology with a clinical focus (B.Sc./M.A.) at the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin.

Nora Kühnert is a scholarship holder of the Deutschlandstipendium funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
